Andrew Burge

Andrew Burge is Chief Administrative Officer for First Republic Investment Management with responsibility for budget planning, financial analysis and reporting, and compensation management.

Mr. Burge joined First Republic supporting Client Service efforts in 2008 and later became a member of the Data Management and Billing Team. Following his service in that role, Mr. Burge began working with the Private Wealth Management Executive Management Team in 2012 on several key initiatives, including compensation management, business planning, and acquisitions. He also serves as a Data Champion for First Republic Bank and has led the Private Wealth Management Leadership Forum, which is comprised of certain leaders in different roles within Private Wealth Management, since 2015. 

Mr. Burge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California with a double major in Political Science and Economics.
